FC Dynamo Kyiv played the UPL matchday 5 game against FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi on Friday.
The White-Blues wanted to rehabilitate themselves for two previous matches without wins and goals scored.
Andriy Yarmolenko had a chance to open the score seven minutes into the game. He eluded several defenders inside the box, but lost the moment to shoot.
The whole Zirka team defended and only Eseola was moving forward. The weather was hot, so it was easier to defend than to attack.
After the break Denys Harmash substituted Yevhen Khacheridi and Serhiy Sydorchuk took the position of centre back. Three minutes into the second half Buialskyi found Harmash with a long ball, Denys passed to Mbokani and Dieumerci headed the ball in – 1:0!
Dynamo dominated and scored the second goal soon. Referee awarded penalty for the home side for the foul against Gonzalez and Yarmolenko converted from the spot.
Several minutes later Harmash put a cross into the box and Yarmolenko made the score 3:0 with a header.
