FC Dynamo Kyiv have defeated FC Dnipropetrovsk away 2:1 in the UPL matchday 4 top game.
Having no injured and suspended players Serhiy Rebrov could pick the best possible squad. Comparing with the previous match there were four substitutions in Kyivans’ starting lineup.
Both sides started the game carefully which proved how important it was. 21 minutes into the match Harmash tried to head the ball in, but hit the post! Four minutes later the score was opened. Douglas netted own goal.
Five minutes before the break the White-Blues doubled the score. Moraes found Yarmolenko with a great pass and Andriy passed to Miguel, who hit the open goal!
In the second half Dnipro controlled the ball in the midfield better. Goal Fedorchuk scored 50 minutes into the match made the game intriguing. Still home side didn’t create a lot of chances.
Dynamo have come out on top in standings due to this win.

The game will start at 19:30 at Dnipro Arena.
Kyivans will perform in Dnipropetrovsk for the second time this season. In matchday 1 fixture they opposed FC Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk at Meteor Stadium.

Last season Dnipro finished third in the domestic league. They won 16 games out of 26 and lost four. Six more games ended in a draw. Goal difference – 47-17.
In the Ukrainian Cup semifinals Myron Markevych’s men were outplayed by FC Shakhtar Donetsk. On the other hand Dnipropetrovsk side reached the Europa League final. In the decisive match they lost against Sevilla FC.
The start of new season isn’t a success for Dnipro. They’ve gained only five points in three matches. They drew opposing FC Hoverla Uzhhorod and FC Vorskla Poltava.
In matchday 2 Myron Markevych’s men defeated FC Chornomorets Odesa 4:2.
At the moment the best striker of the team is Nikola Kalinic (pictured) with three goals to his name. Ex-Dynamo player Roman Bezus has netted two.
In summer Dnipro leader Yevhen Konoplianka left Dnipropetrovsk. So have Serhiy Kravchenko, Pavlo Ksionz, Ondřej Mazuch and Olexandr Myhunov. The only newcomer is forward Artem Dovbyk.

Dynamo have played four official fixtures this season – Ukrainian Super Cup against Shakhtar and UPL games against Stal, Olimpik and Chornomorets.
In four matches the White-Blues got thirteen bookings and five red cards. Three times Kyivans were sent off in the domestic league games.
Defenders Aleksandar Dragovic and Yevhen Khacheridi missed the match against Chornomorets. Danilo Silva got two-match suspension for the foul he committed as Serhiy Rebrov’s men faced Stal.
Dynamo most effective player is newcomer junior Moraes.
He has two goals and one assist to his name. Andriy Yarmolenko has also hit the target twice.
